Bubeck Park on Washington Street features Stoyer's Dam, a performance stage, and three pavilions equipped with electricity. It also has several charcoal grills, a gazebo, war memorial, small playground, and handicap accessible bathrooms. Plenty of benches, trees, ducks, and swans adorn the landscaped grounds.
ISLAND
The Island, located off Broadway, is the home of a softball team, a youth recreational baseball program, youth soccer program, walking trail, boat launch, playground, and concession area. Special events held at the Island are Sojourn activities and the annual Schuylkill Haven Family Night and Fireworks display.
Reservations are being taken for all three pavilions for parties, meetings or family outings.

PLAYGROUND HOURS
All playground are tot lots for kids up to 12 years of age. Anyone 13 yrs or older does not belong on the playground area and the rides unless you are the guardian of the child.
The basketball courts are open to all ages, but we would prefer if the older age groups would use the courts by Stoyer's Dam.
All playground and basketball courts operate from 8 AM to 9PM.
Rules: No loud music, no profanity, skateboarding or bicycles are allowed in these areas and will not be tolerated.
When using borough facilities, please throw all trash in the provided waste cans. All violators will be prosecuted. Remember when using borough facilities to always think of the community and the residents.

COMMUNITY CENTER
The Community Center/Senior Citizen's Center
is located at 340 Haven Streeet. The Senior Citizen events, Biddy Basketball, Council Chambers, and Internet access are found at the Center. The gym and two rooms are available to rent for meetings, showers, and small parties. The Center is handicap accessible and has handicap accessible bathrooms.
PLAYGROUNDS
The playgrounds include Berne St, Tot Lots at Reed's Mill, Naffin Avenue, Garfield Avenue, and Fritz Reed Avenue. Full playgrounds with basketball courts are located at Saylor Street, Willow Street, and the Green Goose on Jackson Street. Each playground is open year round. Pavilions are situated at all playgrounds and are handicap accessible. During the summer, instructors are provided to make sure our children are both safe and busy.
